Custom-Made Products:
- Time-Sensitive Cancellations: For custom-made items, such as frames with prescription lenses and sunglasses with custom lenses, cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. This is due to the specialized manufacturing process involved.
- Non-Cancellable Items: Once the 12-hour window has passed, or if production has started, customized products cannot be canceled. These items are tailored to your specific needs and cannot be resold to another customer.
Addressing Product Issues: If you encounter any issues with a custom product after it has been delivered, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.
Note: For all non-custom orders, cancellations and modifications are accepted as long as they occur before the item is shipped.
